I Take Refuge

I take refuge in the nurturing spirit of Guadalupe and the Silent harbor of the Buddha within.  Today, my friend Bill helped me to see the profound scar that many men from my generation carry with them in regards to the AIDS crisis in the 80’s and 90’s.  His guidance was so absolutely clear and the cleansing that took placePhoto_200
reminded me of the Magic that surrounds all of us.  Thank you, Bill Reiner, you are a living miracle as far as I am concerned.  Your overflowing heart is so generous.  To those who do not know Bill…he was given a 5% chance of living last May after a Pancreas attack in Buenos Aires…Bill came back.  I am reminded of some words from Rumi, "Even though you have broken your vows a thousand times…come, come yet again."
