Satisfied

October 4, 2006 by anado 1 Comment

I always find satisfaction when a person buys one of my pieces. These three ladies were so satisfied with buying my jewelry that they decided to purchase property in San Miguel. I guess they satisfied their inner buyers. In order for the Chapel to be realized, I need to sell more work…so hi ho hi ho, it’s off to work I go today to finish a fireplace embellishment at Sudheer’s. So I encourage satisfaction on all fronts. By the way…now we need to tile the new onion dome….it is getting very pschedelically Mowscowish around hereSatisfied

Onion Rings

September 27, 2006 by anado 1 Comment

Rings of wire are rounding their way under the capable hands of Steve Kohrner into a magnificent onion dome that will replace the chimney that does not work above the sudio. This my friends, is some very original soft concrete cosmetic surgery that is being performed by a master artist here in the hinterlands of La Cieneguita. IT IS TRULLY AFUCKINGMAZING. Now if you don’t like the language, you are reading the wrong blog. I am sure our onion dome will scare all the republicans away that occasionally sneak on to our property on tours (not to mention Shock and Awe: The Bush Sisters on the wall in the living room). Don’t they know that there are some really pink commie fags growing older and wiser here with five dogs, five cats, and a parrot named Giussepe Birdy? By, the way, tomorrow some people are coming here on a scheduled tour…I had dinner with them last night. It was a chino and penny loafer crowd…I guess I will have to wear my orange sparkle hat tomorrow…will I ever grow up? Anyhow….. God Bless Townes Van Zandt! Why? Because he wrote beautiful songs and lived his life as an individual…he just needed to meditate. That’s where the Blessings originate: in awareness. Fountainsmall

Well, Ya gotta work

September 25, 2006 by anado 1 Comment

While planning the chapel, I have to work. And that has lots of merits. Also we are getting an onion dome contructed on the non working chimney…that will be great. Think so, Lolita? Enclosed is a pic of Carlos and I and some twin beds we made for a woman in San Miguel….she wanted a Mexican Glamour look. I found the torsos at the market and had a ball making them…kiss…kiss to Lolita-ji. By the way, that is my sparkle hat on my head. It was given to me by my Blonde on Blonde friend up in California.Mexico_037_small

Welcome Back, Anado

September 21, 2006 by anado 2 Comments

I have strayed from the blog. I have been busy working in the studio and on some sites where we are doing some magnificent tile work. I appreciate the welcome back…As far as the blog goes: I had to delete a recent comment. It was nothing big….just more dialog in one of the oldest stories that I have ever partcipated in during this present lifetime. Those of you who occasionally read this meandering epistle: you did not miss a thing…so not to worry. So anyhow, hell’o again. I promise to keep you more up-to-date. Adios for now….keep in mind we are putting an onion dome on the house next week…stay tuned.

Hey! Weight a Minute!

August 31, 2006 by anado 2 Comments

Yesterday…or was it today? I got a biting comment from the woman with the orange hair…Lojita? Eliota? Is that her name? She suggested I look for an Anger Management group? Am I angry? I mean, I may loose it a few times in traffic…but I don’t use the car as a weapon…What’s wrong with a few judgements among friends? Ok…I will go to Anger Management if she promises to carpool with me to Weight Watchers…is’nt judgement just a chemical activity of a much too intelligent (embellished) mind? I am doing my best! (remember, the present rant is being written with my tongue joyously embedded in my cheek). So…. Love to everyone! Remember Jimmy Ray’s motto: Be a Fool Unto Thyself!!!!! Beafool

Sometimes I Disappear

August 30, 2006 by anado 2 Comments

…sometimes I can not be found. But if you look real hard, you will find me. Tonight, I am holed up in front of the TV. I have all 5 dogs in the studio under house arrest until the final DVD is over (there are only 2). Today I could be found on the road rescueing my dogs from these really strange women who are house sitting up the hill. They have made it there mission to disrupt the lives of two of our dogs: Patsky and Wheels. After repeated attempts to convey to these ladies that it is not ok to feed our dogs and it is not ok to keep them inside their fence…I just have to go retrieve the dogs. They are leaving very shortly because the owners of the home are returning from the States. The dogs are being kept inside ‘cuz I am paranoid about dognappings. So that is the skinny….ordinary life in ordinary times. By the way, there is a Class 4 hurricane heading for the Pacific Coast of Mexico…ordinary life. Enclosed is a photo of Richard and I with our dogs Slidell and Kali…..or is that Patsky?Patio2_1
